Dispute resolution (DR) is a process used to resolve disagreements between parties, which can be either a formal or informal process. This fact sheet is an informational tool designed to help States navigate the dispute process and find ways to resolve disagreements between a Responsible Party and State regulators before submitting a formal dispute resolution.
